Joel Norman Donaldson

Joel Norman Donaldson, born March 11th,1958 died at home June 10th, 2022, after a valiant battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Joel is survived by his devoted wife Denise Donaldson, children; Jenny and Austin Donaldson, stepdaughter Kayla Rockhold, grandson Jackson Donaldson, siblings; Janet (Charles) Manczak, Charles Robert (Rose) Donaldson III, Jill (Steve) Dorn, Scot (Kellye) Donaldson, brother in-law Dave Ward, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Joel was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He worked as a field service technician at Hobart Service. Joel was a modern-day Macgyver who could fix anything and would lend a hand to anyone who asked. Joel was a huge Grateful Dead fan and loved his three cats. He was a groovy guy who will be remembered for his sense of humor and positive attitude, even though his 9 months of illness. His friends and family will miss his infectious smile.
Per his wishes, Joel will have a private natural green burial at Union Grove Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
